The news media industry continues to show its support for the prestigious annual newsawards celebrations, with two more sponsors confirming their participation in the event on 8 May 2019.
All of the awards’ print categories are now fully sponsored, with the latest inclusion of Flint Group (Niche Market Newspaper of the Year) and The Printing Charity (International Printed Innovation of the Year).
This brings the total number of sponsors for the 2019 event to 17, with just a few digital and business categories open for new sponsorship opportunities.
“After 23 years, it’s clear that newsawards continuies to be held in high esteem by the industry. This is borne out by the fact that all of last year’s sponsors have already renewed for 2019,” said awards director Gary Cullum.
Additionally, Newsprinters and Agfa will again host the Print judging process while Google will once more host the Business and Digital categories judging.
